Family therapy can be used to complement individual therapy and/or parent coaching or can be provided on its own. Interventions used during family therapy depend on the ages of the children involved but can include talking, role playing, and/or art and games. The goal of family therapy is to improve the overall functioning, communication, and connection between family members. Family therapy is recommended for a variety of issues. All future sessions after the initial session are $155.
