When is a consultation right for you?
A consultation might be the best choice when you need more input to help you decide if therapy is right for you or your child and/or if I am the right therapist. Sometimes parents can benefit from a consultation when they need to talk through an upcoming decision and how it might impact their child (a move, divorce, changing schools, private vs public school, etc.). Sometimes parents need to seek professional input on upcoming events like a 504 meeting or IEP. In all of these cases, a one-time consult can be just what you need.
